The Cornish Mill and Bakehouse
family farming enterprise who grow and mill our own flour, besides rearing a small amount of beef, lamb and pork and keep free range chickens for our eggs. All of which for use in the bakehouse where possible. We produce a wonderful selection of traditional homebaked cakes, biscuits, bread and pasties.
We take great interest in supporting our local people and businesses to keep tradition and quality produce available to all who wish to enjoy it.

Come and see where the journey begins with the growing of our wheat right through the whole process of harvested grain to the final milled product and the extent to which the the wholesome traditional stone milled flour can be used within all recipies.
