Our bakery began in our farmhouse kitchen working to help subsidise the farm in 1995. With the considerable growth in demand for our homemade goodies after 5 years we converted an old unused milking parlour on the farm into our bakery. All our bread and pasties are baked in the early hours of most mornings to arrive fresh at the shop or the Farmers Market. The cakes, biscuits and sweet delights are all baked throughout the rest of the week.
